Black Angus Steakhouse

Someone in my directorate is leaving and she was so nice as to give the small group of us a treat at Orchard Parade Hotel's Black Angus Steakhouse. I'm sure we will miss her dearly. On to food, I thought my Black Pepper Rib Eye Steak was fantastic. It was tender to the cut and sufficiently thick to fill me up. Sides were great as well - haystack onion strings and fries - crisp, crunchy and most satisfying for any (fat) fried food lover. Whip it all together with an addictive black pepper sauce and you've got yourself a really good lunch :)
