I've little idea how "famous" these baked potatoes exactly are, but they did look enticing from my table at Sticky Rice. Not surprisingly, the both of us headed to this small little booth after our dinner for a closer look.
There's a range of accompanying ingredients to the baked potatoes, from ham and cheese to seafood. The potatoes look more deep-fried than baked to me actually.
We chose the "ordinary"-flavour, which we assumed would be a plain baked potato. It turned out to contain bits of ham in it (darn) so I left it to Daphne to enjoy it all by herself haha. The insides of the potato did seem very soft and mushy indeed, and it smelled quite good too. On taste, Daphne said that it was "just okay", so I don't think I'm missing out on much. A very filling snack though!
